I'm an international leader with a passion for the energy (renewable and oil & gas) and high-tech industries, where I want to make a direct impact, while considering their influence on people and business. Currently, I'm a Consultant at Bain & Company, manage the family office investments, and have several entrepreneurial ventures. Previously, I was the project leader for Artificial Intelligence at Dell as I was at MIT pursuing an MBA and an MS in Mechanical Engineering with focus on Energy and Operations; where I helped start two companies in solar-data-analytics and water desalination.

Before MIT, I worked in petrochemicals, oil & gas, and renewable energy. In petrochemicals and oil & gas, I managed capital expenditures in North America and led forecasting, competitive analysis and strategic planning recommendations for top-management, including a joint venture valued in $500+M. I also strengthened my entrepreneurship skills in a renewables startup, where I led the solar-energy (30+MW) analysis and technical negotiations as well as implemented a novel technology in water treatment plants in Mexico to save 40% in energy costs. I have a BS in Chemical Engineering from ITESM (Mexico), where I received the highest honor of Leadership Excellence Award (4/1500 students) and Distinguished Engineering Student (top 1%). I was also elected president of PLEI (International Leadership Business Program) to coordinate and manage 80+ students and companies across three regions of the world.

I speak 4 languages, have traveled to 50+ countries in educational, business, and cultural trips, and have lived in 4 different countries. I can quickly learn new subjects and condense complex situations into actionable plans. Happy to connect for more details.
