Dr Chahbani Bellachheb was Tunisian senior scientist(1983/2010) at Arid Regions Institute(Tunisia)

. he is inventor of 2 new technologies: "the buried diffuser"(for underground irrigation, drought mitigation and water injection and conservation in the deep soil layers or in aquifers)  and "the draining floater" (an energy less system for  "pumping" and distribution of water of Big small and medium reservoirs) using gravity and siphon principle.

   Dr chahbani has a Master degree in applied geomorphology and earth sciences from Sorbonne University(Paris -France ). He is also holder of PhD in agricultural sciences from Gent University(Belgium). For his research results and inventions he received international awards and prizes: UNESCO Water Prize, ALECSO Water Prize, Top 50 and top 20 Innovation technology Infodev/World Bank, Hydrotop Water Prize, etc..

      Since 2011 Dr Chahbani is CEO of Chahtech company(www.chahtech.com)  manufacturer of the buried diffuser and draining floater.
