Vinayak is an Innovator and Entrepreneur. Vinayak is Co-Founder of Innovation Laboratory Energy Pvt Ltd (ILAB-E), a Scientific Research, Design and Development (RD&D) organization based out of Mumbai, INDIA.

ILAB-E is engaged in Research Design, Development of Renewable Energy Technologies based solutions which tries to address the climate / energy challenges and problems defined on the existing NEED’s (pain - points), fast changing policies, social / environmental aspects at regional, national and global-levels.

His areas of interest are Renewable and Clean Energy Technologies, Energy-Water-Agriculture Nexus Mix Model, Energy & Financial Modeling, Systems Engineering, Innovative B-Models, Sustainable Development.

He received a Gold Medal at DST-LOCKHEED MARTIN India Innovation Competition at 2009 and technology was judged as top 10 technology innovation at AWEX, BRUSSELS, 2011.

He is inventor, co-author for several patent applications filed in areas of Solar, Wind, Hydro / Tidal / In-Stream Energy Conversion Systems.

He is an engineering graduate in Electronics. He pursued the Advanced Engineering Systems Concepts like Systems Architecture & Product Platform Strategies from MIT, USA. He also pursued Energy Management / Solar Thermal Energy Technologies / Embedded Electronics from IIT-BOMBAY. Pursued Post Graduate Diploma in Electricity Regulation conducted by MERC (Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission) and WTI (World Trade Institute). He has also pursued Executive Education Programme (Global Growth Entrepreneurship Program) from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. Is a Visiting Faculty at Rachana Sansad’s Institute of Environmental Architecture, Prabhadevi, Mumbai. Currently pursuing Post Graduate program in Financial Engineering & Risk Management from NISM (National Institute Securities Management, SEBI INITIATIVE).
