Used to be an engineer. SM '78 Civil at MIT. Seven years in practice Aerospace and various alternative energy development projects in the heydey of government funding of everything. Back then we feared we were going to run out of oil. Worked on deep Sea Bed Mining, Ocean Thermal, Uranium Enrichment and High BTU Goal Gasification.

Went into finance. Now retired. Interested in the global warming / climate change panic discussion. Expert in nothing. Pretty good at ascertaining reality.
