Rick Spilsbury is a board member of the Great Basin Water Network - the primary organization fighting the SNWA Groundwater Development Project (or what we call The Watergrab). Rick has been writing a blog covering The Watergrab since 2006. Rick has been an engineer with a degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Nevada - Reno. Rick is also a Great Basin Western Shoshone.
