He is an expert in digital & internet social innovation, the editor of “Politique Numérique” & a freelance multimedia strategies consultant for major foreign clients, university laboratories, and local organizations and some major private companies. Worked as an expert for the United Nations on E-learning, frequent lecturer in the “Cognitive science and digital media” Master’s degree, PhD thesis supervisor (“ecological crisis, capitalism & alternatives”). An audiovisual engineering graduate, New York, Info-Comm, Rennes II, and Collège des Hautes Etudes Environnement et Développement Durable France, he led many missions for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Academy of Science (Belarus), France Telecom (Orange) and universities throughout Europe & North America... He is currently writing an augmented reality book on the changes triggered by new technologies in the management of the present and the invention of the future, and on connective civilization within the framework of complexity thinking.
