Annette Osso, LEED AP, is the President of Marion Construction and Consulting, Inc. a Northern Virginia company focused on commercial construction and sustainability consulting.  She is also the Managing Director of Resilient Virginia, a new organization focused on providing tools for communities to adapt to a climate-altered future.

For 18 years prior to this, she served as the President of Virginia Sustainable Building Network (VSBN), a state-wide non-profit organization.  As VSBN President, she engaged in development and implementation of networking, education, and policy activities. These include workshops, training, education, and networking for the design and construction industry, homebuilders, commercial building managers, and local and state government in the areas of Green Building and Sustainable Development. She managed the Virginia Rebuild America Program, dedicated to improving community quality of life through increased use of energy efficiency and renewable energy in the commercial and institutional building sectors from 2000 to 2008 and the Virginia Building America Program, which works with the residential housing industry to build homes that are highly energy and resource efficient. She also managed the startup of the EarthCraft House™ Virginia Single Family Program.
