I am a graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Boston and I have managed businesses in the technology, hospitality and renewable energy sectors. In each of my ventures, I have forged strategic marketing relationships at the grass roots level as well as with fortune 500 companies, government agencies and top-level professional sports organizations. I helped to start my first entrepreneurial venture in 1999. This project was a K-12 online educational fundraising company that helped to launch the online affinity market. I then turned my attention to the renewable energy sector and teamed up to launch a residential solar leasing company. During this time, I discovered my passion for the renewable energy economy as well as the responsibility we all share as stewards of our planet and her increasingly fragile climate and ecosystems. This prompted me to look for a technology that could cut energy use, reduce carbon output and save businesses money, while allowing many of the renewable energy technologies some time to mature. In 2010 I found one such technology and now currently serve as a Regional Vice-President for Energy Saving Solutions. ESS is an LED lighting retro-fit company that is offering no up front cost retro-fits for any size commercial or municipal project. In addition, we have recently released the Forever LED; the first and only LED retro-fit lighting program with a lifetime warranty. In conjunction with ESS, I also provide renewable energy and sustainability expertise through my new consulting outfit, ReVenture. I am currently completing professional development courses at MIT and when my coursework is completed I will be LEED AP O+M and LEED AP BD+C certified, as well as have attained the highly sought after BEAP and CEM certification designations. ReVenture currently includes a portfolio of clients ranging from medium/large sized companies to municipalities and we stand ready to help you achieve all of your sustainability goals.
