Good idea to make the data more readily available Are there enough solar developers, financiers etc to make this a viable business?
There are a number of web-based apps tracking GHG and it is unclear how this differs from what already exists. Discussion around a communication strategy to support the calculator to ensure SMEs use it would strengthen this application.
Many third party providers are developing applications using Green Button Data. This data has it's own limitations in terms of how it can be used. The types of decisions they are trying to influence require other forms of data, such as geographic and structural data. This app is not specific to SMEs and it hasn't been clarified what SMEs specifically require.
