This is a passion project, the author sounds like a change-maker who will spearhead a revolution!
However it tries to do too many things out of the gate and would require focus to be successful. Although a multi-pronged approach is needed to create system shifts, there needs to be a clearer process, action plan with benchmarks articulated. How would it expand to other cities?
Although we appreciate a grassroots movement, adding an engagement strategy for large stakeholder sponsorship would be necessary to not only fund but build awareness.
There are many interesting ideas and lots of excitement and passion in this proposal. However, we would suggest focusing on one of your ideas - hosting Impact Fashion Week events or a coding camp focused on wearables or the creation of apps, or a scholarship program.
Alternatively, it would be useful to see an action plan that explains how to execute all of the initiatives mentioned, how they connect to one another and what results they might deliver.

The concept is technically feasible. However, it may take awhile to create the coalition, how would the author recommend accelerating this process?
Fundraising may prove challenging, what incentivizes partners to join?
In order to be competitive in the final round of judging, the participant needs to flesh out the ideas further and get realistic about implementation actions and timelines.
If the concept got off the ground, there's potential to scale.
Interesting concept, but the participant needs to make the link between collegiate education and increase use of sustainable materials or materials innovation.
