The smart shoe captures energy from movements and lets the wearer use it when accessibility to an outlet is out of the question.


Description

Summary

Nike is an innovative consumer goods and services company seeking to create a seismic shift in the future of how its consumers value its offerings. Focusing on the future trends of energy use and pairing it with the athletic DNA of its consumers, we seek to empower them to seek value from Nike in alternative and pioneering ways. Consumer behavior and creating a system that allows them to make sustainable choices easier are key trends we wanted to focus on in our ideation phase.

We came up with the Smart shoe. A shoe which stores energy from the moves you creates during a jogging or simply just by walking from your home to your office.

We then took a step further by co-creating with potential consumers. After presenting our initial research, insights, and idea recommendation, we listened the participants voiced their thoughts and concern on the idea. They took the liberty to design what the shoe would look like and how best to use it.
