Can you do more research if any university has done similar work in past. There could be  linkage to those research leg and improvise on the proposal.

I quite like the concept and if research can prove, it has potential.

Furniture is located in the direction of walls in the buildings. People move in the direction of the walls, streets etc. Things accumulate in the furniture in the direction of furniture. Public and commercial buildings are active during work hours. People who work or study sleep in their apartments according to their definite routine. There are different streams (electricity, water, gases, things, people, traffic, radio waves) approaching the building. So does the weather (moisture, wind, temperature, pressure) approaches a building. Internal walls, pipes of the building create a whirlpool. Buildings are constructed according to drawing. We need to turn world map in the direction of walls i.e. the direction of premises and show the drawing of the premises or at least number of registration of the building and active premises in the buildings. People work at their work places in the public buildings and take the direction of the premises. Drivers move in the direction of roads or railways. All or majority of this information is available. We need to put it on the single real time map and compare it with the map of the weather forecast. If we change the color of the wall, the wave will arise in the direction of steep angle of the wall which will push away or attract heat or cold waves approaching from other buildings, towns, country or economy.
