Dear huynhphudat,
Thank you for your entry in the global plan contest!
Please note that — unlike other Climate CoLab contests -- two central elements of this global contest is for authors to (1) link together proposals from other contests into an integrated plan for the world as a whole, and (2) complete the climate model for their proposal’s impact on climate change and our economic systems.
Please revise your proposal to incorporate these two elements, or else your proposal is not likely to be rated highly in this contest. If you wish to submit an idea to the Climate CoLab without including other proposals and how they fit together into a larger vision, we recommend moving your proposal to another contest.
Best
Jasmine

Dear jasminehyman
I update : The Impact of Proposal “ Global Serious Errors of Design of the World , Environmental Laws “ on climate change with result :
Absorb 2 329 559 574 804 tons CO2 > Emit 595 245 000 000 000 tons CO2 in 15 years , if 1 year we emit 39.683 billion tons CO2 .
This is not a perfect result because there to many public building like hospitals , hotels , theatre , police stations , courts , and especially industrial areas ..... to fix this problem . So the number absorb CO2 will not stop at that number .

We don't have whole country to fix the problems , we have limit area to fix , limit money but 2 huge absorb CO2 value . A difficult mission .
Please download the file .

Proposal cites 5 sub-proposals, all of which are copies of the same proposal submitted to other contests. It thus does not meet the contest prompt which requested that authors create an integrated vision that combines multiple ideas from other contests.

Thank you for submitting a proposal. Please note the guidelines for this contest. Currently, this proposal does not address the question of how to mitigate the urban heat island effect in Cambridge, MA. Please re-write the proposal by the due date of Friday, or we will not be able to move it forward to the semi-finalist stage.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Lawrence

Thank you for your proposal! While your proposal has merit, it is not on the topic of the urban heat island effect. Good luck in future comments.

Dear huynhphudat,
The thought behind this proposal really nice. There is clarity on the issue. I thank you for submitting this proposal.
The standards, guideline you referred have been developed from holistic perspective that measures the impact on environment from all the different elements. For example, LEED or any green building certification evaluates project on site selection, energy efficiency, water efficiency, material management etc. Thus projects that adhered to this rating system would result in lowering the impact on environment. Over an above the environment approval for these projects mandates the developer to compensate for more plantation with a mix of on-site and off-site plantation.
Thus there is clear need to establish the need and framework on including robust requirement of plantation and carbon sequestration for building projects.
You can also refer to concepts like biodiversity and natural capital. There is increasing focus on incorporating biodiversity elements in all industries including construction sector.
Look forward to see a strong proposal from you.
Regards,
Vishal
