Hi Héctor, thanks for adding this proposal. I like the strategy of addressing causes and using price signals. Are you using images of text to expand the word limits? This caused the text to be too small for me to read. My suggestion would be to use images for illustration and use the word limits as a creative constraint to bring forward your key points. Our main concern was that your proposal did not target a specific project that would be carried out within the scope of the author and partners, but rather gave a summary of all possible problems and solutions globally.
