Global Plan 2015

This contest seeks broad, coherent visions for what the world as a whole should do about climate change. Proposals in this contest include one regional plan for each of the six regions:  China, India, the United States, the European Union, other developed economies, and other developing economies. The plans also include estimates of the overall greenhouse gas emission reductions that would result from the combination of regional plans. These proposals will be evaluated on how well they bring regional plans together to articulate a comprehensive vision for how the world can effectively address climate change.
