beginning to see ourselves as one force of nature rather than separate ego-driven individuals is the only way we'll survive this problem. unfortunately it's not a solution in itself. you can't force it to happen by raising awareness because most people won't pay attention, because the way civilization developed in the last 100 years engendered selfishness, and the way the world works today encourages it.
I'm afraid the only way attitudes toward climate change, then behavior, will shift in most individuals is in reaction to their immediate environment, that is to say when climate change begins to affect them. in other words, positivethinker, I don't think we're collectively smart enough for a proposal like this. look at it this way: we're trying to direct and redirect traffic, to get into the flow of human activity and enact change there, rather than trying to enlighten everybody.
but I like your ideas. that's why I chose to comment here. this way of thinking is what we need most of all right now.

@ positivethinker. Human rationality defined in economics as individual acts in his personal best interest, which means everyone values more to himself/herself than others. We are all same in one way or the other.
So, what do you think about changing the paradigm of utilitarianism - "wanting more rather than less of goods", which is the basic tents of rational choice theory. The countries you mentioned, follow that same paradigm and think of "man as material being" where you are trying to say that "man as moral being".
Just a comment, you may disagree but overall, I am looking forward to see you proposal in full shape.

Dear positivethinker,
This is a good start. If you can come up with some ideas on how to broadcast these videos and what
the content will be, your proposal will be better developed.
Will you have a webpage? How will you approach to people? Will you have an ongoing blog, where
you may have a short video every week? How will you get the feedback from people?
Best wishes,
Gunesh

Very interesting, however, how are you going to do it? or what is your methodology? I believe the educational piece is an important factor to add in this puzzle, but also, working with people from different backgrounds, I 've noticed through the years that faith and religious background also play a key variable in this whole thing. Look at http://www.plosone.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pone.0088842 for more information on conservation and climate change attitudes.

Well first thank you for your comments. They were very interesting to be read.
@gunesh
This is the page I created exactly after I posted here my opinion.
https://www.facebook.com/WEisthenewI
It makes me feel good when I post wonderful photos and videos from all over the internet.I want to make people come on this page with kindness and a good vibe.
After I reach more followers,I will start developing some social movements combining fun with helping people, environment and so on.
If this thing will get bigger and I feel people positive about it,I will ask a friend very talented in making videos. He also had a documentary in parkour: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TK38Vsu-Gts and I will make the videos with him.
I wish I could do more, but I feel quite alone here...
Anyways,no matter how small your steps are, it's still good that you're moving forward :)
Best wishes,
Tiron Laurentiu

You can consider crowd sourcing as tool to bring this change. IT tools and smartphone can help you attract participation from people.
You can consider to proposal video message from influencial personality at world stage and communicate your message.
