I am Edward Pieh Bendu working in the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Environment (MLHE) in Sierra Leone as Principal Environment Officer.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Geography and a masters degree In rural development (M.Sc. Rural Development) from Njala University.

I have served in the Ministry (MLHE) for the past 22 years in the Environment Department since 1996. I am National Focal Point for the UNCCD in Sierra Leone.
