Loretta L. Donovan, President of iAttain, has been a cutting-edge contributor to organizational development and strategy in nonprofits. Her insightful perspective comes from a wealth of experience as an executive, consultant and researcher.  Formerly Chief Learning Offer at Health Quest Systems, Girl Scouts of the USA, and the March of Dimes, she oversaw strategic learning, leadership development, employee engagement, and regulatory training. The co-author of “How Do You Know What You Know?”, her insights on social media, the changing business context, and strengths-based transformation have captured the imagination of leaders seeking reliable paths to success.  Loretta studied organizational learning and leadership at Columbia University, Teachers College where she was an adjunct for ten years. Her passion is bringing individuals, teams and organizations to their full potential in life and in work.
