Jeremy oversees the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition's strategic planning, administration and management, capacity-building, equity efforts and diversification of the coalition, with a goal of winning on the coalition’s shared issues. This work includes efforts to mitigate carbon emissions and sequester carbon in our soils. He previously worked on climate change advocacy in the Midwest with the RE-AMP Network; on land conservation efforts in Michigan; and in his early career, as a farm laborer, ranch hand and other work in the food chain. He holds a J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School and a B.S. in Botany and Plant Pathology from Michigan State University.
