I am Zhang Yuzhe. I am from China and now live in Singapore. In my opinion, mass media is a platform and what you will express through it is important.

My undergraduate background was Radio and Television Journalism, and I did my Masters in Environmental Management. I chose such a different field for master study because I care about our environment since the environmental issues are so serious today, and I want to know what exactly happened to our environment and what we can do.

Finally, I found that people’s lifestyle rather than the factories or the government is the most significant aspect of environmental issues. I know how much the media can impact ordinary people’s life. After the combination of learning of media and environmental management, I know what I want to do and what I can do.
