David J. Horrigan, President of the Horrigan Corporation, is a marine engineer (subsea specialty) with over 40 years of experience and success in the designing and building of complex devices and systems. For the last fifteen years, he has devoted his time to the development and commercialization of his proprietary technologies.
David has managed fleets of ships as a chief engineer for a wide variety of organizations including Invader Cruises Ship Lines, BC Packers fishing feet and Horton Maritime Exploration (submarines). He founded Horrigan Labs, a high tech incubator and Admiral Fluidics, an advanced marine propulsion company.
David has formed and managed project teams successfully with a 100% on-time/under budget record. He is a recognized international expert in computer facilitation, authoring a newspaper column that was distributed worldwide on that subject for ten years.
David has served as Chairman of the Marine Technology Society (San Diego) and Treasurer of the Deep Submersible Pilots Association. He has won numerous awards for his breakthrough inventions, and is the editor of The Spark in the Sea and the author of Sensuosity.
