Osmar Coelho Filho is a researcher assistant at Sustainability group (SG) in the Institute for Applied Economic Research - IPEA, and researcher associated at Center for Sustainable Development, Brasilia Federal University, UnB. Osmar’s core work is to integrate life cycle approach methods with perception and participatory methodologies in order to offer sustainable criteria to guide policy makers and entrepreneurs.Fields of Expertise: environmental planning, environmental governance, environmental perception, complex systems, life cycle assessment (LCA), participatory and adaptive management.
