Member Profile
I graduated from MIT with an Ocean Engineering degree in 1987. I then launched a career in Film and Television production editing documentaries for PBS, National Geographic, TLC, etc. and also for independent filmmakers seeking recognition at film festivals around the world. 4 years ago I returned to become a producer/editor for MIT Video Productions. Back in 1990, I was assistant editor on a PBS series entitled Race to Save the Planet hosted by Meryl Streep. Working on this series introduced me to the scientific principles behind the greenhouse effect and climate change. Since then I have continued to believe that humans have the power to effect change, and if the public is well informed, politicians will be driven to make good changes. This has been my life's work.
