A career as a health research psychologist studying the psychobiology of stress taught me the value of healthy habits. Our resilience to stress can be strengthened in many ways, including by what we eat. When I learned how healthy crickets are for humans -- and for the planet -- I decided to make it my mission to share this information with others by starting Calico Cricket Farms. I love helping people to learn about what they can do to feel strong--no matter what they are facing.
