Charles D. “Chuck” Vollmer is the author and founder of Jobenomics, http://Jobenomics.com, that deals with economics of small business creation with a goal of create 20 million net new American middle-class jobs within the next decade. After ten years of effort, hundreds of meetings with policy-makers, thousands of meetings with business and community leaders and an outreach effort to over two million people, many believe that the Jobenomics Plan is the most mature and comprehensive business and jobs creation plan in the United States. The key elements of the Plan include the Book, Quarterly Employment & Unemployment Analyses, Energy Technology Revolution Plan, Network Technology Revolution Plan and a National Urban Mining Initiative. Prior to Jobenomics, Chuck was the founder and President of VII Inc., an international strategic planning, systems engineering and investment capital firm specializing in emerging government and business initiatives, a partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, a senior executive General Dynamics, and a highly decorated fighter pilot. Over his career, he started hundreds of new businesses from major multi-billion organizations to small businesses. Chuck received a B.S. degree in Engineering Management from the USAF Academy, a Master’s Degree in Education from Northern Arizona University, and attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School for Senior Executives.
