My instinct was to say "US outlying islands," since that's what Somerville seems to be.

I'm on the Union Square Civic Advisory Committee and Sustainability Committee, and go to too many meetings. Since this is supposed to be sustainability, I wonder why the city's sustainability coordinator has NEVER been to a meeting of the Sustainability Committee.... It just seems a little odd.
