A registered architect and an alumini of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana, Foster Osae-Akonnor is the Principal of the Ghana based architectural firm -Arthro Synergeio. He is also the President/CEO of of the USA based S-Corportation, 'The Built Grup, Inc.', the Lead Founder/CEO of the Ghana Green Building Council, the current Honorary Secretary of the Ghana Institute of Architects as well as a member of the governing board of the Architects Registration Council of Ghana.

Mr. Osae-Akonnor also holds an Executive MBA from the Drucker School of Management at the Claremont Graduate University, California, U.S.A. with specialization in Strategy and minors in Finance and Leadership. He also pursued a summer program in Global Strategy and Trade at the St. Peters College, Oxford University, United Kingdom.

With nearly two (2) decades of professional experience in Architecture, Urban Design, Interior Design, Project Management and related disciplines in Ghana and the United States of America, Mr. Osae-Akonnor has proved beyond reasonable doubt that he delivers projects on time and within budget without compromising on quality and sustainability of the built environment. He is innovative, an excellent leader with good interpersonal skills among others. His completed projects stand tall among his peers and even that of his senior professional colleagues.

Mr. Osae-Akonnor has led the Ghana Green Building Council through the development process of the council's Building Rating tool system, the preparation of the Eco-Communities National Framework document as well as the design certification process of the One Airport Square project at the Airport City in Accra, Ghana.

He serves as a member on the Ghana Task Force (GTF) set up by the Public Procurement Authority for the review of the Public Procurement act -[2003 (act 663)] towards Sustainable Public Procurement (SPP) of good, services and works by the Ghana government among others.
