Julie is an experienced trial and appellate attorney at Prince Lobel Tye LLC in Boston. Her practices focuses on environmental, land use and real estate litigation and permitting including wetlands adjudicatory appeals and litigation, zoning and subdivision permitting and litigation, affordable housing permitting and development, and state and federal administrative matters under MEPA, Chapter 21E, CERCLA and RCRA.  Julie is a member of the firm's Renewable Energy, Environmental, and Nanotechnology groups. She is also co chair of the Environmental Law Committee of the MA Real Estate Bar Association, and a member of the Environmental Business Council of New England, New England Women in Energy and Environment, and the Boston Bar Association.
