Leanna is a Senior Analyst for SomerStat: The Mayor's Office of Innovation and Analytics in Somerville, MA. SomerStat is a performance management initiative that helps the Mayor's Office supervise the work of city departments and use timely data to inform decision-making and implement new ideas. SomerStat studies financial, personnel, and operational data to understand what's happening in City departments. Leanna has a Ph.D. in Politics from Brandeis University and a M.P.A. from Cornell University.
