As the father of two wonderful children, I am committed to a positive future for them and all children. For the past 6 years I have been focused on community adaptation initiatives to climate change. My career has focused on adventure therapy as a vehicle for personal transformation. I have witnessed countless groups of people work together to find innovative solutions to complex challenges. The essence of my consulting work now focuses on translating this central principle into collective transformative practices to adapt to climate change. As the author of "rapt in awe" I have articulated how climate change present a truly global opportunity for collective human transformation and work toward that outcome.
