I am a research sholar in Risk, Policy and Vulnerability (RPV) program at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA).
I am currently working on the economic modeling of natural disaster risk and community resilience, evaluating how economic analysis and tools may be used to inform policy and incentivize the uptake of risk reducing measures. Prior to joining, I was a PhD degree fellow at the East-West Center/University of Hawaii in USA, where I received my doctoral degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Management (NREM) and graduate certificate in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (DMHA).
