Attended Summer University on Plasma Physics and Fusion Research 2012 at the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics, Garching, Germany

Research Intern at DESY, Hamburg worked on data analysis of particle-in-cell simulations of laser plasma acceleration and the initialization of realistic electron beams using MATLAB. Techniques involved machine learning (neural networks) and general linear models.

Research Intern at Charité working with Acoustic Microscopy group at the Julius Wolff Institute (JWI) of the Berlin-Brandenburg School for Regenerative Therapies (BSRT). Research involved signal separation of direct and guided waves in Quantitative Ultrasound measurements of intact rat femurs using MATLAB.
