Publishing the judge's comments to select or not to select proposals in first phase could be more useful. Primarily It can help authors, whose proposals are not selected for next phase to modify and proceed further with their idea. Secondarily it can improve openness of the Climate Colab.

Thank you very much, that will be great. May be template kind (Radio buttons) points for various selection or non selection criteria in each proposal page which can ticked by judges as feedback can be tried. A suggestion which can considerably ease tedious task of feedback for each proposal.
