The most compehensive project in my perspective. As  I saw the proposal I immediately told my collaborators/teammates , this is an architects proposal just by visual graphics quality, landscape sections and structuring of proposal. And reading further more it was true. I was backed by a huge round of applause so thanks for that value creation by presentation. Very interesting project would like to have the updates as it is in practice.

Thank you for your comments.

I have adjusted the submission as much as possible within the time-fram to address the issues you have raised.  A complete theory of change could be illustrated more clearly within a diagram, many parts of which are contained in the body of the submission -- yet time constraints have set some limitations at this stage.  Large-scale private land owners can still be enticed to take part in the program - albeit in a more limited fashion - via incentives for afforestation and ecological programming on the margins of their lands (i.e. roadways/small parcels) which do not impede their current production methods.  Although not ideal, it allows the inclusion of these actors within a more progressive agenda.

Issues such as the balance between immediacy of profit and long-term landscape regeneration are not as clearly described, yet are addressed via the timeline.  A strong business proposal would benefit the project, as early funding for business ventures related to the afforestation and ecological initiatives bridge the gap to longer term economic opportunities as the system matures.
