Vehicle emissions are big GHG source in Ontario Scalability already demonstrated The SME connection is only one piece of impact -this would reduce emissions from private car owners, SMEs and anyone else who has vehicle fleet. Will need to get government onside to mandate repairs when PitStop flags a problem (could be challenging)

This can work both to inspire behaviour change as drivers are aware of their emissions, and to efficiently administer and respond to mandate emissions tests. Unclear what effect this would have to transitioning people into zero emissions vehicles (EVs). When looking at SMEs, would other interventions in their vehicle fleets have better returns in terms of emissions reductions, such as converting to propane or going full electric?
