This concept does appear to be novel to the point where it might defy physics. Has a prototype been built to prove the theory? I think this concept would need a lot of work to convince people if it proves out, so being thoughtful about which stakeholders could be influencers to assist adoption would be important. I am not an expert in this field but am an engineer by training, and nevertheless found the description difficult to follow and confusing, especially with the application of the technology in a vehicle. Whilst I appreciated the numerous diagrams and images, they did not help me understand the proposed solution.
