The idea is laudable and maybe new to Brazil but is being deployed in other parts of the world, notably in US and Europe. Since not all the countries around the world are doing this, there may be places which might adopt a Brazilian based model compared to a US or European model, so I would encourage the team to continue to prove out their solution in Brazil and beyond.
