My experience with corporations and corporate energy managers is that they are motivated to lower energy costs from efficiency and other cost effective improvements. Corporations have been working to improve lighting, HVAC controls, and process controls for decades. It is unclear to me what the marginal benefit that is being proposed given existing and past energy efficiency, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility goals.
