Judges'' comments
Judge 1 :
Even if the proposal appears to be interesting to support a sustainable development and the fight against climate change, the tools and strategies deployed specifically to contribute to a transition toward a circular economy are not well-defined.
There is also a lack of information about the context (urban or rural) in wich the proposal would apply. Information about how the proposal would stimulate innovation, collaboration between stakeholders or introduction of new business models (sharing and collaborative economy, service based economy) would enrich the proposal.
Judge 2 :
A lot of ideas and proposals are collected in this entry. It is hard to understand the focus of the project, while so many topics are addressed. Enthusiasm, as well as certain level of experiences in the environmental area, are a good base for further elaboration of the proposal. Maybe the first step might be the selection of 3 priority areas and a brief outline of concrete projects or action plans to address those three. From there on concrete steps can be taken to implement the activities and measure the impact.
