Although the idea might in principle be an interesting one, Unfortunately it was impossible to judge the proposal as it lacked substantial information on the device proposed. Even with intellectual property protection considerations being taken into account, in order to evaluate the proposal we would have needed some basic indications of what kind of device is being presented. That being said, this could be an interesting proposal, especially given the field trial results. We encourage you to continue working on your project and re-submit it under the next call with more detail.
