Judges'' comments
Judge 1:
It is not clear what is pitched for. The author should describe his idea with less technical detail first. Several of my concerns that relate to the other reciprocal design also apply here.
Judge 2:
Unless there is a working prototype, I am not convinced that the aerodynamics of this proposal put it in the feasible category. Even if feasible aerodynamically, which is a stretched assumption, there is nothing in the proposal that indicates that it would have a better efficiency or power to weight ratio than a conventional propeller with an electric motor.
