I appreciate the concepts that are presented here, and how society would benefit from a certificate of digital originality, however, I don't see enough detail on how the project would b managed, tested or scaled. There also aren't any estimates of costs associated with the project, which I see as important to advance to the next round.

I am not quite sure what problem this proposal is attempting to solve. Nor do I think that this would result in much impact in terms of climate change solutions.

I guess I'm just a little confused about what this proposal is trying to do...How do they plan to gain legitimacy? What kinds of projects will be submitted? Isn't it quite similar to the MIT Climate CoLab contest module, just without the financial reward?
