-Before proceeding with salt particles, it might be worth while exploring the best seeding material in terms of its chemical composition, taking into consideration adverse affects on plants and land habitat.
-This should have been combined with the proposal of Ameera Alkhlaifi, but it could not be materialized. The proposal lacks the details on how the work will be carried out exactly.

This proposal focuses on the materials science aspect of rain enhancement and in particular on the seed particles. It addresses an important question and may be combined with other proposals such as the "Optimizing could seeding material size" by Ameera, to make a richer investigation.

It is not clear what the proposal is. How is it different from what has been done?

I am asked Ameera to combined, but she thought it difficult to combine my proposal with her proposal.

The main idea of my proposal to optimize the optimal size of particles  that used in convective clouds in order to increase the rainfall in UAE.
