Understand Others’ Perspective

Having a strong perspective alone will not get others to believe you and to come around and see things your way.  People do not really make a special effort to understand others; what they really want is to have someone look at things from their perspective and make an effort to understand them. They use reason and logic to convince people to agree with what they have to say and consider their recommendations.

Practice Flexibility

Nobody likes an overbearing personality. Leaders make themselves flexible to other people’s beliefs and opinions. They do not always expect other people to understand them.
