Development of scenarios is always valuable, but the authors may benefit from further exploring the literature in this field what is already available (check World Bank, Center for Global Development, WRI, etc.) A good reference is: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0921800913003157. If this idea were put in the context of what other scenario development is being done, it might be a candidate for the next round.

Also it's not clear how the $10K from CoLab would help them meet enough goals to progress, given that their budget is $50K. Not specific enough to advance as is.
