This is an interesting proposal but is missing information on projected costs and a clear process under “What actions do you propose.” It is not clear where the project would be implemented, what type of start-up companies would manage it, or what are the roles of the authors, universities, energy companies, and waste disposal agencies. All of these details would make the proposal stronger. Thies creative design concept needs a lot of work to develop it into a safe and reliable product. Here are a few suggestions to improve your proposal.
