This is an interesting idea for decentralized processing of waste into briquettes, for later conversion to energy at centralized power plants. However, it is very unclear what advantages this decentralized processing has over conventional centralized processing of waste-to-energy. We felt this proposal needed a more compelling case, backed up by analysis and data, for why this decentralized technique should be used instead of conventional large-scale centralized processing. There will be some logistics benefits because smaller briquettes will be transported to conversion plants, instead of larger volumes of unprocessed waste. However, this benefit will likely be strongly outweighed by the disadvantages of small-scale decentralized processing. Waste-to-energy facilities are quite scale-dependent, becoming more efficient at larger scales. Thank you for an interesting and thought-provoking submission.
This is an interesting idea. The proposal would be strengthened by further discussion of the technical and economic feasibility. Additional information on the proposed mobile waste processing facility would also be helpful including the scale (physical dimensions as well as daily processing capacity) and how this compares to the economy of scale of a large fixed facility.

Your comments were well received and thoroughly considered by making amendments and additions to the initial proposal to reflect:
* the approximate physical dimensions of the MSW-recycling mobile device - will not exceed 6m in length, 2.5m in width, and 3m in height;
* user-friendly operation mode of the MSW-recycling mobile device - just basic training on how to use the machine is needed excluding high maintenance costs;
* economic feasibility of the MSW-recycling mobile device - calculated for the annual waste volume generated by the population of Yerevan, Armenia
* adaptability of the MSW-recycling mobile device to the existing systems of both sorted and non-sorted waste collection system - examples of some developed European countries and developing countries around the world;
* details on the projected costs of the proposal and associated timeline to achieve the goal have been provided (including a Gantt chart);
* the section of References reflects the literature review in relation to the current situation of waste collection and management in Armenia and other countries.
