Pitch

Less land, less water, less energy inputs what's not to like about raising insects for protein vs. meat?

Description

Summary

In the Forbes magazine's  2016 article "Farming the Next Big Food Source - Crickets". the case is made for switching from traditional land grazing farms to more compact ones that raise insects. It's easier to keep crickets and raise them than beef cattle, they product less methane, use less water, and require less electricity or fossil fuels to maintain the health of them.
