Summary

It is a common element  for agriculture applications available worldwide that without the disruptive free energy countries of the tropical and sub-Sahara zone countries can't be free from extreme hunger with all the kinds & types of poverty measures the agriculture world  had applied these countries still wallowed in poverty.

with the disruptive free energy small communities can produce its "common element" locally and applied it directly to agriculture application in all types of farm genres. 

A common element is at par with energy,food,water,housing,education our basic needs.

With the disruptive free energy we can produce the common element locally even on the remote rural places.

construction of disruptive free energy sources in small communities to have an independent power source (for free) to produce a " common element" very vital to agriculture applications  on tropical and sub-Sahara zone countries and climate change mitigation.

It is just a needle point application but I assure you it has a gargantuan ripple effect worldwide (7 billion+ population).
