The proposal is well-written and visually appealing, it lacks a great deal of information, details and background necessary to really understand or assess the scope, magnitude and feasibility of the envisaged city system. While the concept of green city is an attractive the proposal is largely inattentive to the industrial scale needed for core operations required for a city to function, let alone prosper and be sustained.
